In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall bear the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing or using any part of the pbajee Platform — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pbajee Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing pbajee on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms and Conditions, and that the person on whose behalf you act also meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

To be eligible to register and maintain a pbajee Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions on a continuing basis:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the pbajee Platform.
• You have full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement.

pbajee reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any stage of a User's relationship with the Platform. Where a User is found to be under 18 years of age, any funds held in the Account — including winnings — shall be forfeited and the Account shall be permanently closed. pbajee shall not be liable to any underage User for any loss or inconvenience arising from enforcement of this provision.

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) active pbajee Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. pbajee is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pbajee will not be held responsible for any unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify pbajee immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pbajee may, in its sole discretion, suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

KYC Verification: pbajee may require you to submit identity documents (such as a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address prior to processing any withdrawal request or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pbajee may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

All financial transactions on the pbajee Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pbajee supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at pbajee's discretion with reasonable notice to Users.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. pbajee reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods or promotional periods, with notice provided on the relevant deposit page.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the User's pbajee Account balance in real time upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may require up to one (1) business day to be credited.

Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified pbajee accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, national holidays, or where additional verification is required.

pbajee does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All funds deposited into a pbajee Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Deposits sourced from third parties will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Currency: All balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated and displayed in BDT. pbajee does not offer multi-currency accounts. Where a payment provider applies its own conversion, the resultant BDT amount credited or debited to your Account is final.

pbajee may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, cricket specials, seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season promotions), and other incentive schemes to eligible Users. All such offers are made at pbajee's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to a User's Account are subject to wagering requirements — a multiplier indicating the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users who meet the specific criteria of each offer. pbajee reserves the right to exclude specific Users from promotional offers where pbajee determines, in its reasonable judgement, that the User is engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any form of promotional exploitation.

One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active in a User's Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a prior bonus remains active and subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.

Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free spins expire within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements will be removed from the User's Account balance without notice.

pbajee reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus Funds, free spins, or bonus-derived winnings where pbajee determines that a bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, misrepresentation, technical error, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

All wagers placed on the pbajee Platform are governed by the specific game rules or betting market rules applicable to the relevant product. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that specific game or market.

Cricket Betting: Cricket markets on pbajee — covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series — are subject to dedicated cricket betting rules available on the cricket section of the Platform. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and pbajee's right to suspend markets at any time, including during live events, where data feed integrity cannot be confirmed or where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation.

Connection Issues: pbajee is not responsible for any interruption in your gaming session caused by internet connectivity failure, device malfunction, or power outage on your end. Unresolved bets due to verifiable pbajee server failure will be voided and stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pbajee Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude pbajee's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of law.

pbajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity in connection with the Account.
• Suspected money laundering or use of funds derived from unlawful sources.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by pbajee.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the Account holder is in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Where pbajee is required to act by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, pbajee reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Where a User has self-excluded and subsequently attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by opening a new Account, pbajee will close the new Account and any associated balances will be forfeited.

Voluntary Closure: A User wishing to close their pbajee Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance (net of unsatisfied wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be withdrawn to the User's registered payment method prior to closure, subject to completion of KYC verification.

pbajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pbajee will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account, a notice posted on the Platform, or both.

Your continued use of the pbajee Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pbajee operates primarily for the Bangladesh market and acknowledges that Bangladeshi Users interact with the Platform from within Bangladesh.

pbajee will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably. Where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Class actions and representative proceedings are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
